Hello folks, how are you doing?

Being a popular Java blogger (I have been writing about Java and programming since 2010), a lot of people ask me about career advice, and one of the most common of them is “should I change job frequently, like once year one or 2 years?”

After answering many of them, I decided to write this post …

So, let’s start from beginning when come out of college after completing degree

If you are lucky one, you may get campus placement and got the job before even completing your degree but if you are not that lucky then the struggle begins.

I wasn’t that lucky and my first job was very hard to come by.

I didn’t remember how many companies I applied, both offline and online.
